Do you make the same amount at work as your co-workers do? Have you ever asked? I personally have asked and make sure that i make the same amount as my co-workers do because we do they same job and have they same amount of experioence so its only fair. Some people believe that to be a bit rude and personal but i believe that your entitled to know how much your co-workers make so your not getting dicked over on pay check after paycheck.
